SZ-Ⅱ自动纯水蒸馏器

一、概况：
SZ-Ⅱ自动纯水蒸馏器主要用于化学工业、医药工业、生物化学、科研单位实验室自制蒸馏水之用，主要材料由优质玻璃制成，在制作蒸馏水过程中不与任何金属接触，加热器采用石英玻璃。在一次、二次、三次蒸馏过程中，均有过热、缺水、断电保护装置，从而达到全自动蒸馏功能。
二、SZ-Ⅱ自动纯水蒸馏器使用说明：
在仪器使用前，首先检查仪器各部件，电源部分电路连接是否正确，试验结束后，请切断电源，以确保安全。
（1）把各横式烧瓶和冷凝管及水位器、磨口外套磁性浮子，蒸水接头和导管安装好，拧紧各自的紧定螺丝，把橡胶管及垫片套在石英加热管分别插入模式蒸馏中，拧紧螺母，把加热管电源线插入仪器标志的插座中。把温度控制器冷凝管安在外瓶中间，把干簧管插入导管中。
（2）SZ-Ⅲ自动纯水蒸馏器，首先打开自来水注水，直到多余的水从初蒸馏的水位器溢出口流出，这时横式蒸馏瓶中水位到一半高度后，（最上面）按C“开关”指示灯亮，仪器（中间）B一半水位高度后，按B指示灯亮，如不亮，反复校准调正干簧管位置，仪器进入二次蒸馏；纯水进入三次蒸馏的横式烧瓶中（最下面）一半水位高度后，按A开关，指示灯亮，这时三次蒸馏开始，以后随着水位高低变化可进入正常自动蒸馏状态。
SZ-Ⅱ自动纯水蒸馏器，待一次横式蒸馏瓶中水位到一半高度后（最上面）按B“开关”指示灯亮，仪器进入加热状态，开始蒸馏。纯水进入二次蒸馏的横式蒸馏瓶中。待二次蒸馏横式烧瓶中水位达到一半高度后按下（最下面）标有A“开关”指示亮，如不亮，反复校准调正干簧管位置。这二次蒸馏开始以后随着水位高低变化可进入正常自动蒸馏工作状态。

（4）在操作过程中，调准干簧管和磁性浮子的配合位置应以水位降低能自动切断电源为准，从而达到自动控制水位的目的，应反复校准干簧断电器的灵敏度。
（5）SZ-Ⅱ自动纯水蒸馏器保养
在蒸馏一段时间水垢就积聚在横式烧瓶内及石英加热管表面上，需要进行清洗，但不需要拆下皮管。必须切断电源后加入小量浓盐酸，与瓶内的水稀释成盐酸。数分钟后，由水位器放出，用自来水冲洗数次，直到洁净为止。
