测量参数

应用领域

为本科生和研究生教学设计,但具备了 PAM 的所有必备功能,完全适用于科研工作,可用于植物生理学、生态学、农学、园艺学、水生生物学等科研领域。


主要技术参数

  • 测量光源:蓝色 LED(465 nm),调制频率 5 或 100 Hz,标准强度 0.1μmol m-2 s-1

  • 光化光源:蓝色 LED(465 nm),光强范围 25-1500 μmol m-2 s-1

  • 饱和脉冲光源:蓝色 LED(465 nm),ZD饱和闪光强度 10000 μmol m-2 s-1

  • 远红光:LED,740 nm。

  • 信号检测:PIN-光电二极管,带短波截止滤光片:λ>710 nm,选择性锁相放大器(ZL设计)。

  • 测量参数:Fo, Fm, Fv/Fm, F, Fm’, Fo’, Y(II) 即 ΔF/Fm’, qP, qL, qN, NPQ, Y(NO), Y(NPQ), rETR 等。

  • 工作软件:操作简单、功能强大,完全免费升级。

  • 测量程序:带荧光诱导曲线、光响应曲线、快速光曲线、荧光诱导加暗弛豫、光响应曲线加暗弛豫等程序测量功能,必须能够测量 qL、Y(NO) 和 Y(NPQ) 等参数。

  • 曲线拟合:能利用两种方程对光响应曲线进行拟合并给出拟合参数。

  • 环境温度:-5~+40℃

  • 供电:通过USB数据线利用电脑供电(包括台式机、笔记本电脑、UMPC电脑等),5 V。
