中晨推出新型高精度短纤维性能测试仪

　　中晨数字技术设备有限公司与国际竹腾网络ZX共同研制开发了JSF08高精度短纤维力学性能测试仪(SF-Microtester I),该仪器是国家林业局“948”项目“竹木单根纤维力学性能测试技术引进”创新成果，短纤维力学性能测试已经达到国际先进水平。并且发表了相关的论文。

　　摘 要：本文首先简要介绍了竹、木短纤维力学性能测试的关键技术难点，以及国外相关设备的研发现状。Z后详细介绍了作者所在科研小组研发的国内diyi台植物短纤维专用力学性能测试仪的结构、性能、技术优势。使用该设备对毛竹纤维、杉木管胞纵向力学性能进行了初步测试，结果表明该设备wan美地解决了植物短纤维力学性能测试中纤维夹持以及纤维取向调节这两个技术难题，设备整体性能达到了预先的设计要求。本设备的研制成功填补了国内该领域的空白，为科研人员开展植物短纤维性能和应用方面的高水平研究提供了新的手段。

　　The Development of Specialized Microtester for the Mechanical Properties Determination of Short Vegetable Fibres

　　Abstract： The present paper firstly introduced briefly the key technical difficulties involved in the mechanical properties determination of bamboo and wood fibers, as well as the status of the R & D of the relevant apparatuses. Finally, the components, performance and technical advantages of the specialized microtester for the mechanical properties determination of short vegetable fibers was detailedly described. The preliminary experimental results for bamboo and wood fibers demonstrated fiber gripping and fiber orientation that were the most important two difficulties involved in the mechanical testing of short vegetable fibers had been perfectly resolved, and the whole performance of the tester reached the expected design requirements. The development of the apparatus not only filled the empty of the field in China, but also provided new approaches for conducting high-level basic and applied researches in short vegetable fibers.
