工作内容 Responsibilities： 1. 为客户提供准确及合理的技术解决方案 Provide accurate and reasonable technical solution to our customer 2. 维护现有的技术文档，包括相关的知识库 Maintenance the existing technical documentation including knowledge base 3. 为新员工或技术支持专家提供必要的技术支持去解决相关问题 Give necessary support to new employees or technical support specialist to solve problems 4. 在现有流程中找到问题的所在并提出改进意见 Find the problem of the existing processes and provide suggestions for improvement 5. 必要时提供现场服务 Onsite service will be needed when necessary 6. 为其他技术支持工程师提供发展计划 Teamwork and develop instruction plan for other TS engineers
