1.Work with DKSH Asia BDEP team to move forward business development in China especially DSM plastics BDEP projects speed-up in China. Proactively support/make/follow up BDEP projects/plans.
2.Develop the adhesive business in China and the key customers especially enhance the Henkel plant sales/communication to support Henkel’s consolidation business.
3.Working together with the sourcing team to develop local wax customers/projects as well as commercialized, win the projects for higher margin generating.
4.Draft the appointed polymer/engineering plastics market report per year with specific understanding for auto and electronic. Independent working and good business sense to find/catch up more business opportunity in polymer/engineering plastics/adhesive etc..
5.Prepare reasonable stock for existing customer and monitor the growth
6.Have strong ambition to counter new application and polymer/engineering plastics/adhesive materials
