摘要Fivethyreostats(TSs),namelytapazole,thiouracil,methylthiouracil,propylthiouracil,andphenylthiouracil,weredeterminedinbovineurineusingultra-highperformanceliquidchromatography-tandemmassspectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS)inpositiveelectrosprayionizationmode.Extractionandclean-upwereachievedusingaChemElutcartridgewithtert-butylmethylether,withoutaderivatizationstep.SeparationwasachievedonanAcquityUPLCSST3column.Themobilephasewasacetonitrileandwatercontaining0.2%(v/v)formicacid.Themassspectrometerwasoperatedinmultiplereactionmonitoringmode.UrinesampleswerespikedwithTSsolutionatlevelscorrespondingto5,10,15,and20μg/L.Theaccuracy(internalstandardcorrected)rangedfrom92%to107%,witharepeatabilityprecision(relativestandarddeviation,RSD)lessthan15%forallfiveanalytes.TheRSDswithin-laboratoryreproducibilitywaslessthan26%.Thedecisionlimits(CCα)anddetectioncapabilities(CCβ)wereobtainedfromacalibrationcurveandwereintherangesof3.1-6.1μg/Land4.0-7.4μg/L,respectively.TheCCαandCCβvalueswerebelowtherecommendedconcentration,whichwassetat10μg/L.TheresultsshowthatthedescribedmethodissuitableforthedirectdetectionofTSsinbovineurine.ThismethodcanalsobeusedtodetermineTSsinporcineurine.
