INTRODUCTION
Preparative LC coupled with mass spectrometry (MS) is a well-established method for purifying target compounds. The VERITY® 271 LCMS system (Figure 1) leverages the separating power of HPLC with the detection capabilities of MS to isolate fractions with high purity and achieve excellent recovery for target molecules. The system incorporates signal data from both ultraviolet (UV) and mass-based detectors.
