Comark’s HT100 touch-screen HACCP data logging thermometer is designed to collect, record, and store daily temperatures measurements within your receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, and holding areas. The meter can also be customized with user-defined checklists for temperature and nontemperature needs. Corrective actions can be logged to demonstrate your immediate response to any failures noted while doing your checklist.

The thermometer includes computer-based software that is easy and intuitive to use, allowing you to customize the program to be as simple or as detailed as you wish—record and set corrective actions for whatever is most important to you. The software can be downloaded from the Comark website at no charge.

Other features include 3” color touch screen, °F /°C selection, password protection, and low-battery indicator.

The HT100 HACCP data logging thermometer is also available with either a penetration probe with 1.5-mm tip or a faster responding probe with 1.1-mm microtip.

The HT100 is paired with either the PK19M penetration probe with a 1.5mm reduced tip.
