The FPS series food portion control scales are simple to operate, featuring two buttons with ready access to weighing units (g, oz, lb, and lb:oz). The backlit LCD is visible in any lighting conditions. Decimal readings display in green when weighing and change to red if scale is overloaded. Large stainless steel pan accommodates ingredients or a weighing container, and can be quickly cleaned after each use. The scales are ideal for foodservice, food preparation, classroom, and industrial application settings. Features include low-battery indicator and auto shutoff.
