Measures inductance, capacitance and resistance with secondary parameter (Q,D,R)

Measures Capacitance and Inductance to 0.7% and Resistance to 0.5%
Simultaneous 20,000/10,000 count display of the primary parameter (L, C or R) with the secondary parameter of Q (quality), D (Dissipation) or R (resistance)
Test frequencies of 120 Hz and 1 kHz
Set Hi/Lo limits using absolute values or percentage limits
Open and Short Zero removes unwanted stray impedances from the measurement
