Vortioxetine (Lu AA 21004)，又称沃替西汀，是小分子哌嗪类硫化物，抗抑郁药，用于治疗重度抑郁症，主要通过增加中枢神经系统的5-HT浓度发挥抗抑郁作用，是5-HT再摄取抑制剂，抑制5-羟色胺转运体(SERT)。此外，Vortioxetine也是5-HT1A、5-HT1D、5-HT3A和5-HT7受体的拮抗剂。
