Use this stirrer for general laboratory applications as well as for growing microorganisms, dissolving nutrient mediums and solids, and titration applications. Rugged, sturdy stirrer accommodates a variety of vessel shapes including Erlenmeyer flasks and beakers up to 5L. Durable, sealed stainless steel housing cleans easily under running water. Stirring speed remains constant even if viscosity of the medium changes. Stirrer is not for use in hazardous areas; not immersible.
