This polypropylene (PP) spatula solves this problem by using an additive called EcoPure to promote biodegration. The PP keeps all of its properties while allowing the plastic to breakdown in a standard landfill. The spatula is FDA compliant for food contact applications. Spatula is resistant to dilute acids and bases, shatter resistant in liquid nitrogen, and great for compounding of sterile applications. Features both a scoop and spoon end with a hollow core to reduce heat and cold transfer. Autoclavable.
