A 安装及保修计划~ Installation and maintenance plan

中国境内所有仪器均提供免费上门安装调试，从仪器安装调试完成并经用户验收合格之日起保修1年(消耗品除外，中国技术中心提供仪器的终身维护，包括对零配件的供应。特殊要求将在技术协议书中另行约定。

Free visiting install and debug for new customers. 3 years guarantee for maintenance for free from the checking and accepting day (except consumable items) and lifetime maintenance service. Other special terms will be listed in technology agreement.

B 维修服务响应Service response

接到用户仪器故障的报告后，4小时内专业工程师电话响应，指导用户排除故障，一般故障，公司承诺48小时内派工程师到达用户现场进行免费维修；保修期外，仪器所需更换配件享受最惠价格，免收维修费和工时费，只收取工程师因上门服务的标准差旅费。

KEP CHINA will response via phone in 4 hours when has notice. For ordinary breakdown, KEP CHINA promise to repair onsite within 48 hours if spare parts are in storage, After the warranty period，KEP CHINA will provide highest discount to purchase spare parts，free charge for repair and hourly rates，only charge the travel expense.

维修之前，用户应先通过电话/传真/EMAIL详述故障现象，以争取在客户服务工程师的指导下解决问题。

Prior to such breakdown visit. User should discuss the problem with engineers (by phone/fax/email) and attempt to resolve the problem under KEP CHINA engineers' instruction.

个别的极其复杂的维修工作可能只能在凯璞中国技术中心或法国技术中心才能进行，这种情况下不会因此而收取任何其它附加费用。

Major repair or extremely complex maintenance work at workshop or send back to plant，it will also be provided at no extra cost so that the repair work can be done in the repair workshop and not at client's site.

C 用户回访计划Customer return visit plan

凯璞中国承诺每年二次电话回访服务;免费提供一次用户现场回访服务，帮助检查仪器状况和简单的维护服务。

KEP CHINA promises to have two times return calls and one time on-site visit to check the instrument status and make simple maintenance every year.

D 用户应用方法支持计划 Customer application method support plan

凯璞中国承诺对于用户提供相应的方法支持和新方法的开发帮助。用户在购买仪器后的二年内遇到疑难的方法问题，可以加入应用支持服务，凯璞中国会安排应用工程师帮助解决。

KEP CHINA promises to provide method development support. Customer can join in application support within 2 years after purchasing our instruments. KEP CHINA will arrange the professional application engineers to help to solve the problem.

E 合作发表文献计划Publish scientific papers together plan

凯璞集团拥有强大的技术能力和技术储备，愿意同用户合作，以帮助或共同联合发表科研文献。

KEP group application center has strong technical competence and technical store. We will co-operate with customers to publish the articles and we are willing to share the fruit with our customer.

培训Training(国内Domestic)

A 凯璞中国免费提供仪器安装调试及用户现场操作培训。确保用户操作人员能够正常使用仪器。

KEP CHINA provide free personal operation training to make sure the operator can operate the apparatus accurately.

B 安装调试时间

每套仪器可以有多人免费参加现场仪器操作培训，根据仪器型号由2-5天组成。

培训课程由专职的应用工程师完成。培训课程由基础理论、使用操作、日常维护、简单 的维修、应用方法等内容组成。

Provide several persons free training course for each instrument sale by application engineers of KEP CHINA. The training course will take 2-5 days according different module. Training courses are composed by basic theory， use operation, routine attention, simple service and application method.

保修服务：

保修与回访

仪器制造商对所售产品从安装验收之日起整机保修一年。质保期内，仪器制造商委派技术工程师负责为买方的设备提供免费维护、保养和免费更换非人为损坏的或有缺陷的零部件，并定期对买方进行回访，设备质保期后仪器制造商对设备提供终身优惠的技术支持。

技术工程师每年至少回访买方1次（期限不少于10年，形式可采取现场或电话等），了解仪器使用情况并进行指导。

技术支持：

服务支持与咨询

定期提供仪器技术通讯，每一年举办技术讲座及用户技术交流活动；在国内设立应用实验室，并协助用户解决测试技术方面的问题，根据用户需要提供有针对性的信息。

仪器制造商配置专职维修工程师。国产Setline，当设备发生故障或不能正常运转时，制造商提供24小时电话咨询服务。工程师在接到用户报修时，2小时内快速响应，首先通过电话和微信视频对故障进行快速诊断，关于标准仪器在质保期内除传感器、热电偶、加热体等消耗件外的非人为因素导致的质量问题，无法遥控研判问题并解决的，直接发回北京工厂由专人在2周内进行检验、保修和回送工作。

安装、调试保证：

收到用户安装仪器通知后,二周之内派遣工程师前往用户现场免费安装调试仪器。

培训：

派遣工程师负责用户现场的技术培训，培训2人及以上直至能完全独立操作，内容包括基本操作、仪器的基本维护及仪器的简单故障维修等。经过系统培训后，实验操作人员能够完成独立操作运行仪器。

培训内容

仪器中国境内安装与培训，约1-2个工作日。

整机及零部件开箱清点、安装及标准样品测试与数据分析；

原理讲解，维护培训，仪器应用，实验技巧及注意事项。
