Kitscontainingallthepartsneededtocompleteon-siterepairsareavailablefromABB,ensuringthatservicepersonnelcaneffectrepairsquicklyandefficientlyatminimumcost.TheEnduraAZ20probehasretainedaneasy-accesscellarrangement,similartotheprovenZFG2probe.Thisensurescellreplacementcanbecarried

outon-siteusingreadilyavailable,basichandtools,evenafterlongperiodsofhightemperatureoperation.

TheEnduraAZ20oxygenprobemeasuresoxygenconcentrationinfluegasusinganinsitu'wetanalysis'method.The'wetanalysis'methodavoidsmeasurementerror(typically20%ofreadinghigherthantheactualvalue)thatisintroducedbyasamp领systemusingthe'dryanalysis'method.

ForcustomerswithanexistinginstalledZFG2probewithaZMTorZDTtransmitter,a55VheaterversionoftheEnduraAZ20probe(theEnduraAZ20/ZFG2replacementprobe)isavailable.

Systemequipmentcomprisesa(flue-mounted)EnduraAZ20probecontrolledbyanintegralorremotetransmitter.Duringoperation,azirconiacellwithintheprobeisheldataconstanttemperatureof700°C(1292°F)byaprobeheaterandcontrol

thermocoupleassembly.Iftheheatercontrolcircuitryorsoftwarefails(unsafe),theprobeheaterpowersupplyisswitchedoff,ensuringthesystemfails'safe'andprotectstheheaterfromanover-tempfailure.

AnoutputgeneratedatthezirconiacellisprocessedinthetransmittergivingalocallydisplayedO2readinganda4to20mAretransmissionsignaloveranyrangebetween0%and1**%O2.

Optionalautomaticcalibration(AutoCal*)enablesautomatic,semi-automaticormanualcalibrationtobeperformedusingaprobe-mountedgascontrolmanifoldmountedwithintheprobehead.Calibrationsequencingissoftware-controlledfromthetransmitter.
