E+H电磁流量计的选型接术资料在企业应用电磁流量计的计量实践中,有些单位的计量人员不注重其选择与安装要点,往往达不到计量的预期目的。在此,笔者就电磁流量计的选择与安装要点做一探讨,供有志提高企业计量水平的网友切磋。一、S要明确本单位的计量需求应明确的计量需求有若干,主要有:测量介质,流量m3/h(Z小、工作点、Zda),介质温度℃,介质压力MPa,安装形式(管道式或插入式)等。二、选用E+H电磁流量计的前提条件1、被测介质必须是导电性的液体(即要求被测的流体具有Zdi限度的电导率)。2、被测介质不应含有较多的铁磁性介质或大量气泡。三、应了解E+H电磁流量计的测量原理其测量原理基于法拉第电磁感应定律,即测量流量时流体流过垂直于流动方向的磁场,导电性流体的流动而感应出一个与平均流速(亦称体积流量)成正比的电压,该电压信号通过二个与流体直接接触的电极检出,并通过电缆传送至放大器,然后再将其转换成一输出信号。四、应了解E+H电磁流量计的主要特点其主要特点有:⑴测量管内基本无压损,不易堵塞,对浆液类测量具有独特的适应性;⑵直管段要求低;⑶低频矩形波励磁,不受工频及现场集散干扰的影响,工作稳定可靠;⑷变送器躯体可采用全不锈钢,加装衬里材料后具有防酸、防碱、防腐蚀能力;⑸现场显示型转换器可采用专用的智能芯片,参数设定方便;⑹变送器内部可设自校系统,可随时对变送器常数及出厂校验值进行自校,便于调试和维修;⑺测量范围宽,满量程流速设定可在0.3m/s12m/s范围内;⑻其插入式可在不断流状态下进行安装或拆卸;⑼使用范围广:可应用于化工、冶金、造纸、食品、石油、城市供水等领域。五、E+H电磁流量计型号的选择要点1、S要明确是选择管道式地磁流量计,或是插入式电磁流量计。2、一般情况下选择现场无显示型电磁流量计,其输出的420mA(或010mA)电流信号至控制室的二次仪表上并可显示流量和总量。3、若强调便于现场操作时观察管道内流量,则可选择现场显示型电磁流量计。4、在环境要求或测量精度要求较高时,可选择安全电压智能型电磁流量计。5、在200mm以上大管径测量流量或不断流状态装拆,可优先选择插入式或增强插入式电磁流量计。德国E+H电磁流量计选型六、E+H传感器口径的选择要点1、选择传感器的口径与连接的工艺管道口径相同其优点是安装方便(不需异径管);其前提是管内流体的流速须在0.3m/s10m/s范围内;其适用状态为工程前期使用且管内流体流速处于较低状态。2、选择传感器的口径与连接的工艺管道口径不相同其适用状态:⑴流速偏低、流量稳定:⑵降低性价比:七、衬里材料的选择要点根据本企业被测介质的腐蚀性、磨损性及温度,由订购者选定,可参阅各厂家提供的“衬里材料性能及适用范围表"。八、电极材料的选择根据本企业被测介质的腐蚀性,由订购者选定,可参阅各厂家提供的“电极材料耐腐蚀性能表"。九、防护等级的选择根据国标GB4208-84,外壳防护等级有:若仪表安装在地面以下的且经常受水淹的宜选择潜水型的;若仪表安装在地表的则宜选择防喷水型的。十、E+H电磁流量计上限流量的选择1、一般选择变送器的通径与连接的配管通径相同。由于通径、流速和流量三者存在着严格函数关系,选择时可参阅厂家提供的电磁流量计上限流量表,在对应的通径下选择上限流量值。2、由于工艺配管内流速偏低时而达不到“1"中对应通径下的Z小上限流量值时,可选择变送器通径小于工艺配管的通径,即在变送器前后加接异径管。十一、安装形式的选择1、整体式:即将流量计的传感部分和转换部分装于一体,优点是便于安装。2、分离式:即将流量计的传感部分安装于被测管道上,将转换部分安装于便于操作的室内。适用于现场环境差的场合(但其分离长度应小于30m)。十二、接地环的选择若连接仪表的管道相对于被测介质是绝缘性的,则需选择用接地环。十三、球阀的选择前提对于工艺要求管道内流体流量不得停断的,且要求介质不得溢出的场合,则需要加装球阀。而对于装拆流量计时允许断流(或装拆作业不影响管道工作)的,则不必加装球阀而将流量计直接装在法兰短管上。十四、安装注意要点1、电极轴线必须保持近似水平。2、保证测量管在所有时间必须注满。3、在管法兰附近确保留有足够的螺栓与螺母的安装空间。4、在安有流量计的管段要有管线支撑,以减少管线运行振动。5、流量计附近应避免强电磁场。6、长管线,应在流量计的下游安装控制阀和切断阀。7、如遇“开口馈入或排放"的状态,应在管道的低区段安装仪表。8、以电极轴线为基准,入口直线管段要大于或等于5倍测量管通径,出口管道要大于或等于2倍测量管通径。十五、E+H流量计的接地要求传感器应有良好的单独接地线(铜芯截面≥16mm2),其接地电阻<10欧姆;若连接传感器的管道内涂有绝缘层或是非金属管道时,则传感器两侧应设置接地环(接地线铜芯截面≥16mm2)。十六、电缆和电气连接注意要点分离式的连接电缆(信号传送及励磁),从减少干扰和节约资金角度则越短越好。一般要兼顾介质的导电率、励磁电缆的截面、信号电缆的型号(芯、层、屏蔽)三者的限制。德国E+H电磁流量计选型我们公司代理以下优势品牌:1.品牌:、德国力士乐REXROTH、德国费斯托FESTO、德国宝德BURKERT、德国贺德克HYDAC、德国倍加福P+F、德国图尔克TURCK、德国施克SICK、德国易福门IFM、德国GSR、德国PILZ、德国巴鲁夫BALLUFF、EPRO.,德国西门子。德国哈威HAWE等2.美国阿斯卡ASCO、美国派克PARKER、美国威格士VICKERS、、美国MAC、美国纽曼蒂克NUMATICS.3.意大利ATOS、意大利杰弗伦GEFRAN、英国海隆诺冠、法国高诺斯等.4.日本CKD\日本SMC、日本丰兴、日本大金、日本不二越、日本黑田精工、日本太阳铁工、东京美我公司在德国及美国都有注册公司,直接与国外厂家合作,价格和货期都有非常好的优势,产品保证原装的,各新老客户有需要随时可联系谢秋平。E+H电磁流量计的选型接术资料

- E+H电磁流量计的技术资料 胜利油田各注水站使用的注水流量计多为电磁流量计,数量大约400多台,口径从DN100~DN400不等,其中多数为DN300。一般自安装使用后,从来没有检定过,造成注水量计量误差大。根据对胜利油田孤岛采油厂、现河采油厂、胜利采油厂、东辛采油厂的调研,注水误差基本在10%~20%,因配水间的小口径注水仪表大部分定期进行检定,因此计算水量误差时,以配水间井口水量为准。流量计没有定期检定的原因:一是目前胜利油田没有对大口径流量计进行检定的装置;二是外送检定综合费用高;三是流量计的拆装麻烦。 流量计不能定期检定,使得注水站打出去的水量无法准确计量,造成油井多注或欠注,注水量多了,会造成地层紊乱,采出液含水量明显上升;注水量少了,会造成地层压力下降,采不出液量。可见,注水量的准确计量直接影响到油田生产大局,对油田稳产高产起到十分重要的作用。同时油田每年都对各采油厂进行注水系统效率测试,测试时需采用注水量参数,由于注水仪表误差大,测出的注水量不准,系统效率必然不准,使管理部门不能及时掌握准确的生产工况。另外随着油田在勘探开发领域全面推行数字化管理,也需要准确可靠的基础数据。 为了给油田开发、生产管理部门提供准确可靠的**手资料,使他们及时掌握原油生产动态,开发适合油田的大口径注水流量计在线测试装置就显得十分重要。这种装置应具备操作方便、测量范围宽、准确度高、维修容易等特点,为油田的大口径注水流量计测试提供一条行之有效的途径。 技术方案 通过技术咨询和现场调研,对解决注水站注水流量误差大的问题提出了3种技术方案:一是建立大口径流量计的检定装置,离线检定注水流量计;二是用超声波流量计在线测试流量计;三是用注水站注水罐在线测试流量计。 如果按方案一建立一套大口径流量计检定装置,存在着装置投资大(每套装置费用200万左右)、回收期长等问题,而且非实液检定会带来一定的检定误差,另外检定一台流量计必须两拆两卸,大口径流量计的拆装难度相当大。因此方案一不易实施。 如果按方案二实施,现场技术条件难以满足要求。一是现有管线都存在不同程度的腐蚀、生锈或结垢问题,管壁厚度不均,前后直管段难以满足超声波流量计安装条件;二是各个注水站的污水成分不相同,超声波在不同成分的污水中的传播速度也不相同,给准确测量带来一定难度;三是采用超声波检测方法的现场改造投资较大。因此方案二难以实施。 如果按方案三实施,采用注水罐在线测试注水流量计,按照检定规程对注水站内的注水罐进行容积检定,能够保证700m3以上的注水罐的准确度等级达到0.1级。这样充分利用注水站现有的注水罐作为测试流量计的标准器,节约了投资,并且不需要流程改造,因此推荐采用方案三。 (1)对站内注水罐进行容积检定,得到注水罐容积表。具体步骤按照JJG1681987立式金属罐容量检定规程操作; (2)用注水罐在线检定注水流量计,得出流量计测量误差。具体步骤按照JJG1981994速度式流量计检定规程操作。 现场实验 1实验原理 目前,油田注水站安装的注水流量计准确度等级大多为1级,Z高等级为0.5级,选择某一注水站进行现场实验,该站的注水流量计为检定合格的0.5级流量计,用由注水罐组成的标准装置在线测试该注水流量计,若得出的测试结果与该流量计检定证书一致(流量计的准确度等级为0.5级),证明注水罐可以作为在线测试注水流量计的标准容器,由注水罐组成的标准装置可以在线测试准确度等级为0.5级的注水流量计。否则,注水罐就不能作为标准器对现场注水流量计进行在线测试。 2实验方法 实验结合现场实际工况,采用对站内注水罐进行容积检定,得到注水罐容积表。然后用注水罐组成的检定装置在线检测经计量检定部门检定合格的0.5级电磁流量计,得出该电磁流量计的有关技术指标,与检定证书上的数据进行比较。 3实验内容及结果 在东辛采油厂采油一矿辛四注水站4号注水管线上,安装了经计量检定部门检定合格的0.5级的电磁流量计,由注水罐组成的标准装置对该流量计进行在线测试。经过半个月的现场试验,测试结果为:该电磁流量计的基本误差为1.65%,未达到≤0.5%的要求。 通过对实验数据进行分析研究,发现每次试验的**组数据误差都比较大,其原因是测试人员在疏导完流程,将注水罐进出口阀门调整结束后,立即到罐顶检测**组数,这时注水罐进水闸门刚关闭,罐内的液位还未稳定,造成**组检尺数据误差大。针对以上问题,项目组对试验过程进行了改进,测试人员在调整好流程后,稳定10min再检测**组数据,这样测试数据的重复性较好。试验方法改进后,在辛四注进行了一个月的现场试验,测出的数据误差达到了≤0.5%的要求, 胜利油田现有的大口径注水流量计基本上都存在计量误差大,无法在油田检定,外出送检工作量大,成本高等问题。通过对孤岛、胜采、东辛、现河几个采油厂的注水站打出去的水量与配水间注入地下的水量进行对比,可以看出注水流量误差很大,Zda的为22.6%,Z小为12.8%。针对以上问题,提出了注水站注水流量计在线测试方法。通过在东辛采油一矿辛四注水站近3个月的现场实验,取得了较理想的实验效果。该测试方法在油田推广应用具有以下几方面的优势: (1)解决了注水站注水流量计的在线检测问题,减少了送检费用。 (2)不用对注水站现有流程进行任何改造,基本不会对现场实际生产造成影响,可操作性强,节省了现场流程改造费用。 (3)油田每年都要对各采油厂的注水系统效率进行测试,其中用到注水流量这一数据,注水量的准确与否直接影响着注水系统效率的准确性。用研制出来的测试系统能够比较准确地测出流量计的注水量,可以为系统效率测试提供可靠的流量数据。 (4)在这套测试系统中,实际只用到注水罐6m以上的容积量,底部的容积对测试没有影响,因此不用对现场的注水罐清罐就能进行容积检定(只需用“外测围尺法"测出罐的基本外直径,用“具导轨光学径向测量仪"测出各圈板与基本外直径的径向偏差,超声波测厚仪测出各圈板罐壁厚度,用标准钢卷尺测出各圈板的高度等基本参数),并能保证使用段罐的容积的准确度等级达到0.1%。 (5)油田注水流程都是由设计院按照注水规范统一设计的,具有通用性。因此在东辛采油厂的实验也适用于其他采油厂。 结论及认识 1结论 (1)通过实验可知,0.5级的电磁流量计经由注水罐组成的标准装置在线测试,得出电磁流量计的误差为<0.5%,因此用注水罐组成的标准装置在线测试注水流量计满足量值传递要求,是可行的。 (2)用注水罐组成的标准装置对大口径注水流量计进行在线测试时间应在每年的5~10月之间,否则天气太冷注水罐内的浮油凝固厚度不均匀,给检尺带来较大的误差。 2认识 利用注水罐在线测试大口径流量计,要求测试人员做好以下几方面工作: (1)数据的一致性。现场测试时由于没有自动控制装置,只能通过秒表计时,在同一时刻进行注水罐检尺和读取流量计示值。这要求检测人员要有高度的责任心。 (2)动态检尺。在测试过程中由于是动态检尺,所以测试人员要具备较好的操作技能,保证起点、终点下放检尺的速度一致,减少系统误差。 (3)注水罐进出口阀门的密封性。需要保证注注水罐进出口阀门的密封性,防止测试过程中水再进入注水罐,影响测试准确性。E+H电磁流量计的技术资料[详细]

- 10P系列德国E+H电磁流量计资料分析德国E+H电磁流量计是利用超声波反射原理检测常压或低压容器内液体液位或固体料位的非接触式物位测量仪表,可广泛应用于化工、电力、冶金、轻工、水处理等工业或民用部门的各种液体或固体物位测量,并可以对明渠、堰中的流量进行测量。E+H电磁流量计可以用来测量封闭管道中导电液体或导电固液两相介质的体积流量。可以广泛用于油气石化,化工,电力,水,污水,食品以及冶金等行业;其强大的适用范围和经济的价格使得它成为Z受欢迎的流量仪表之一。10P系列德国E+H电磁流量计产品性能简单的测量电流输出用于显示流量,脉冲输出用于驱动外部累加器或作为状态输出德国E+HPromag10能够确保所有基本功能的可靠性,安全性和测量值的稳定性优化的过程控制精度为+0.5%PTFE衬里确保Zda的抗腐蚀性而且耐温高达130℃在绝大多数的困难条件下都可进行装配(例如:轴,震动或长期处于水下),传感器可不带传感器独立安装,且保护等级为IP68功能化设计使得维护工作简单易行,HART、Fieldtool和FieldCheck对设备的核查提供支持,从而不需要移动传感器在企业应用E+H电磁流量计的计量实践中,有些单位的计量人员不注重其选择与安装要点,往往达不到计量的预期目的。在此,笔者就E+H电磁流量计的选择与安装要点做一探讨,供有志提高企业计量水平的网友切磋。一、S要明确本单位的计量需求应明确的计量需求有若干,主要有:测量介质,流量m3/h(Z小、工作点、Zda),介质温度℃,介质压力MPa,安装形式(管道式或插入式)等。二、选用E+H电磁流量计的前提条件1、被测介质必须是导电性的液体(即要求被测的流体具有Zdi限度的电导率)。2、被测介质不应含有较多的铁磁性介质或大量气泡。三、应了解E+H电磁流量计的测量原理其测量原理基于法拉第电磁感应定律,即测量流量时流体流过垂直于流动方向的磁场,导电性流体的流动而感应出一个与平均流速(亦称体积流量)成正比的电压,该电压信号通过二个与流体直接接触的电极检出,并通过电缆传送至放大器,然后再将其转换成一输出信号。四、应了解E+H电磁流量计的主要特点其主要特点有:⑴测量管内基本无压损,不易堵塞,对浆液类测量具有独特的适应性;⑵直管段要求低;⑶低频矩形波励磁,不受工频及现场集散干扰的影响,工作稳定可靠;⑷变送器躯体可采用全不锈钢,加装衬里材料后具有防酸、防碱、防腐蚀能力;⑸现场显示型转换器可采用专用的智能芯片,参数设定方便;⑹变送器内部可设自校系统,可随时对变送器常数及出厂校验值进行自校,便于调试和维修;⑺测量范围宽,满量程流速设定可在0.3m/s12m/s范围内;⑻其插入式可在不断流状态下进行安装或拆卸;⑼使用范围广:可应用于化工、冶金、造纸、食品、石油、城市供水等领域。五、E+H电磁流量计型号的选择要点1、S要明确是选择管道式地磁流量计,或是插入式电磁流量计。2、一般情况下选择现场无显示型电磁流量计,其输出的4-20mA(或0-10mA)电流信号至控制室的二次仪表上并可显示流量和总量。3、若强调便于现场操作时观察管道内流量,则可选择现场显示型电磁流量计。4、在环境要求或测量精度要求较高时,可选择安全电压智能型电磁流量计。5、在200mm以上大管径测量流量或不断流状态装拆,可优先选择插入式或增强插入式电磁流量计。六、E+H电磁流量计传感器口径的选择要点1、选择传感器的口径与连接的工艺管道口径相同,其优点是安装方便(不需异径管);其前提是管内流体的流速须在0.3m/s10m/s范围内;其适用状态为工程前期使用且管内流体流速处于较低状态。2、选择传感器的口径与连接的工艺管道口径不相同,其适用状态:⑴流速偏低、流量稳定:⑵降低性价比:10P系列德国E+H电磁流量计资料分析七、衬里材料的选择要点根据本企业被测介质的腐蚀性、磨损性及温度,由订购者选定,可参阅各厂家提供的“衬里材料性能及适用范围表"。八、E+H电磁流量计电极材料的选择根据本企业被测介质的腐蚀性,由订购者选定,可参阅各厂家提供的“电极材料耐腐蚀性能表"。九、防护等级的选择根据国标GB4208-84,外壳防护等级有:若仪表安装在地面以下的且经常受水淹的宜选择潜水型的;若仪表安装在地表的则宜选择防喷水型的。十、上限流量的选择1、一般选择变送器的通径与连接的配管通径相同。由于通径、流速和流量三者存在着严格函数关系,选择时可参阅厂家提供的电磁流量计上限流量表,在对应的通径下选择上限流量值。2、由于工艺配管内流速偏低时而达不到“1"中对应通径下的Z小上限流量值时,可选择变送器通径小于工艺配管的通径,即在变送器前后加接异径管。十一、安装形式的选择1、整体式:即将流量计的传感部分和转换部分装于一体,优点是便于安装。2、分离式:即将流量计的传感部分安装于被测管道上,将转换部分安装于便于操作的室内。适用于现场环境差的场合(但其分离长度应小于30m)。十二、接地环的选择若连接仪表的管道相对于被测介质是绝缘性的,则需选择用接地环。十三、球阀的选择前提对于工艺要求管道内流体流量不得停断的,且要求介质不得溢出的场合,则需要加装球阀。而对于装拆流量计时允许断流(或装拆作业不影响管道工作)的,则不必加装球阀而将流量计直接装在法兰短管上。十四、E+H电磁流量计的安装注意要点1、电极轴线必须保持近似水平。2、保证测量管在所有时间必须注满。3、在管法兰附近确保留有足够的螺栓与螺母的安装空间。4、在安有流量计的管段要有管线支撑,以减少管线运行振动。5、流量计附近应避免强电磁场。6、长管线,应在流量计的下游安装控制阀和切断阀。7、如遇“开口馈入或排放"的状态,应在管道的低区段安装仪表。8、以电极轴线为基准,入口直线管段要大于或等于5倍测量管通径,出口管道要大于或等于2倍测量管通径。十五、E+H电磁流量计的接地要求传感器应有良好的单独接地线(铜芯截面≥16mm2),其接地电阻<10欧姆;若连接传感器的管道内涂有绝缘层或是非金属管道时,则传感器两侧应设置接地环(接地线铜芯截面≥16mm2)。十六、E+H电磁流量计的电缆和电气连接注意要点分离式的连接电缆(信号传送及励磁),从减少干扰和节约资金角度则越短越好。一般要兼顾介质的导电率、励磁电缆的截面、信号电缆的型号(芯、层、屏蔽)三者的限制。10P系列德国E+H电磁流量计资料分析[详细]

E+H液位传感器选型资料
- 如何选择合适的E+HE+H液位传感器在自动化生产过程中,液位检测和监控一直扮演着较为重要的角色,如食品饮料、日化品、医药、半导体等行业的生产,各种机器的冷却和润滑等,液位的监控直接影响着产品的质量,甚至关系到生产过程是否能够顺利进行。同时随着自动化程度的增加,为了保障产品质量的一致性,生产过程直接由人工监控和干预的时代亦已远去,传感器的重要性亦越加明显,并且越来越多地参与至程序系统的设计中,不再是简单的机械式、粗略式的监控;故其要求除了检测的可靠性、稳定性,同时要求安装、调试简单化、尺寸紧凑化、应用多样化等。另外,由于液位检测环境的复杂性和多变性,也为传感器的应用带来了不同挑战。例如:高粘度液体高度检测、含杂质的废水液位监控、带泡沫的液位高度测量、高腐蚀性液体高度报警等等。目前,市场上针对不同的应用,提供了多种有效的解决方案,但如何选择合适、性价比高的传感器一直是让工程师们头痛的问题。常见的液位检测方式:为了选择**的E+H液位传感器,我们不但需要了解被测液体的属性和状态,同时,也要知道不同的检测方式的优点与局限性,从而才能选出Z合适的传感器。以下为目前市场上Z常见的检测技术。激光测量:激光类传感器基于光学检测原理,通过物体表面反射光线至接收器进行检测,其光斑较小且集中,易于安装、校准,灵活性好,可应用于散料或液位的连续或者限位报警等;但其不适合应用于透明液体(透明液体容易折射光线,导致光线无法反射至接收器),含泡沫或者蒸汽环境(无法穿透泡沫或者容易受到蒸汽干扰),波动性液体(容易造成误动作),振动环境等。TDR(时域反射)/导波雷达/微波原理测量:其名称在行业内有多种不同的叫法,其具备了激光测量的好处,如:易于安装、校准,灵活性好等,另外其更优于激光检测,如无需重复校准和多功能输出等,其适用于各种含泡沫的液位检测,不受液体颜色影响,甚至可应用于高粘性液体,受外部环境干扰相对小,但其测量高度一般小于6米。超声波测量:由于其原理为通过检测超声波发送与反射的时间差来计算液位高度,故容易受到超声波传播的能量损耗影响。其亦具备安装容易、灵活性高等特点,通常可安装于高处进行非接触式测量。但当使用于含蒸汽、粉层等环境时,检测距离将会明显缩短,不建议使用在吸波环境,如泡沫等。音叉振动测量:音叉式测量仅为开关量输出,不能用于连续性监控液体高度。其原理为:当液体或者散料填充两个振动叉时,共振频率改变时,依靠检测频率改变而发出开关信号。其可用于高粘度液体或者固体散料的高度监控,主要为防溢报警、低液位报警等,不提供模拟量输出,另外,多数情况下需要开孔安装于容器侧面。光电折射式测量:该检测方式通过传感器内部发出光源,光源通过透明树脂全反射至传感器接受器,但遇到液面时,部分光线将折射至液体,从而传感器检测全反射回来光量值的减少来监控液面。该检测方式便宜,安装、调试简单,但仅能应用于透明液体,同时只输出开关量信号。静压式测量:该测量方式采用安装于底部的压力传感器,通过检测底部液体压力,转换计算出液位高度,其底部液体压力参考值为与顶部连通的大气压或者已知气压。该检测方式要求采用高精度、齐平式压力传感器,同时换算过程需要不断进行校准,其优点为可检测不受液位高度限制,但高度越高,传感器精度要求越高,长时间使用或者更换液体时需要重复校准。电容式测量:电容式测量主要通过检测由于液面或者散料高度变化而导致的电容值变化来测量料位高度。其具有多种类型,有可输出模拟量的电容式液位计,液位电容式接近开关,电容式接近开关可以安装于容器侧面进行非接触检测。当选择必须注意,电容传感器容易受到不同的容器材质和溶液属性影响,如塑料容器和挂料情况容易影响模拟量输出的电容传感器。浮球式检测:该方式为Z简单、Z古老的检测方式,价格相对便宜。主要是通过浮球的上下升降来检测液面的变化,其为机械式检测,检测精度容易受浮力影响,重复精度差,不同液体需要重新校准。不适用于粘稠性或者含杂质液体,容易造成浮球堵塞,同时,不符合食品卫生行业的应用要求。如何选择**的测量方式当我们了解了不同检测方式的优缺点以后,对于E+H液位传感器的选择也逐渐有了清晰的概念。(具体可参考下图表格)首先,在开始选择之前,必须先清楚我们需要传感器达到哪些功能?是属于开关量输出还是模拟量输出?通常开关量/数字量输出用于报警或者保护作用,例如灌装时防溢报警、低液位防泵空转保护等;模拟量输出主要用于过程控制,包括灌装容量、液位显示、加料速度控制等。大家应该都知道怎么选用了吧,如果还不知道的请来电咨询我![详细]

- E+H电磁流量计多见解决办法 1、调试期缺陷 调试等待缺陷通常呈现在外表设备调试时期,一经清扫,在往后相同条件下不会再呈现。多见的调试期缺陷通常由设备不当、环境干扰以及流体特性影响等要素致使。 1)设备方面 通常是电磁流量传感器设备方位不准确致使的缺陷,多见的如将传感器设备在易堆集气体的管系Z高点;或设备在自上而下的笔直管上,或许呈现排空;或传感器后无背压,流体直接排入大气而构成丈量管内非满管。 2)环境方面 通常主要是管道杂散电流干扰,空间强电磁波干扰,大型电机磁场干扰等。管道杂散电流干扰通常采用超卓的独自接地维护就可取得满足作用,但如遇到健壮的杂散电流(如电解车间管道,有时在两电极上感应的交流电势峰值Vpp可高达1V),需要采用别的办法和流量传感器与管道绝缘等。空间电磁波干扰通常经信号电缆引进,通常选用单层或多层屏蔽予以维护。 3)流体方面 被测液体中含有均匀分布的纤细气泡通常不影响电磁流量计的正常作业,但跟着气泡的增大,外表输出信号会呈现不坚决,若气泡大到足以隐秘全部电极外表时,跟着气泡流过电极会使电极回路刹那间断路而使输出信号呈现更大的不坚决。 低频方波励磁的电磁流量计丈量固体含量过多浆液时,也将发生浆液噪声,使输出信号发生不坚决。 丈量混合介质时,如果在混合未均匀前就进入流量传感进行丈量,也将使输出信号发生不坚决。 电极资料与被测介质选配不当,也将因为化学作用或极化现象而影响正常丈量。应根据外表选用或有关手册准确选配电极资料。 2.作业期缺陷 作业期缺陷是电磁流量计经调试并正常作业一段时期后呈现的缺陷,多见的作业期缺陷通常由流量传感器内壁附着层、雷电冲击以及环境条件改动等要素致使。 1)传感器内壁附着层因为电磁流量计常用来丈量脏污流体,作业一段时间后,常会在传感器内壁堆集附着层而发生缺陷。这些缺陷通常是因为附着层的电导率太大或太小构成的。若附着物为绝缘层,则电极回路将呈现断路,外表不能正常作业;若附着层电导率明显高于流体电导率,则电极回路将呈现短路,外表也不能正常作业。所以,应及时铲除电磁流量计丈量管内的附着结垢层。 2)雷电冲击 雷击简略在外表线路中感应出高电压和浪涌电流,使外表损坏。它主要经过电源线或励磁线圈或传感器与转换器之间的流量信号线等途径引进,尤其是从控制室电源线引进占绝大部分。 3)环境条件改动 在调试时期因为环境条件尚好(例如没有干扰源),流量计作业正常,此刻通常简略疏忽设备条件(例如接地并不怎么超卓)。在这种情况下,一旦环境条件改动,作业时期呈现新的干扰源(如在流量计邻近管道上进行电焊,邻近设备上大型变压器等),就会干扰外表的正常作业,流量计的输出输出信号就会呈现不坚决。[详细]
