- 汽车衡主要由秤体、传感器、仪表、接线盒组成。其中地磅接线盒是Z不起眼的配件,但它在整台地磅中却发挥着至关重要的作用汽车衡接线盒的参数:1、激励电压为5-15VDC(TVS管Umax=18V)2、电阻应变片式传感器,传感器的阻抗为350-800Ω3、以350Ω传感器为例:并联式约为3%,串联式约为5%4、以700Ω传感器为例:并联式约为2%,串联式约为3%汽车衡接线盒功能型号:1、并联式、串联式可选,并联式为JXH-xB,2、串联式为JXH-xC(x为可连的传感器的只数)3、四线、六线、八线,十线,十二线等规格可选4、采用高精度电位器5、接线方式为压接、焊接可选(并联式)6、配有TVS管(18V)防浪涌冲击(并联式)7、10线、12线接线盒可定制8、接线盒的材质主要有三种,分别为:塑料接线盒、铝合金接线盒跟不锈钢接线盒。汽车衡接线盒使用注意事项:1.当你使用的是调节输入电源接线盒。且信号电缆内各导线线泾为0.2mm(或0.4mm)。则信号电缆长度要小于10M(或20m)以些类推,以免压降过大影响各角误差调节。2.接线注意:蕊线铜线无损剥出607MM,扭紧后正确接入对应接线椿,压紧铜线丝股力度可靠,保证其导电性长期可靠差Zda化。3.建设各传感器对应的电位器做标试,以免调角时对应错误越调越错。4.必须把接盒内铜线屑等杂特清理干净。5.顺时针调大,逆时计调小。6.必须旋紧防水接头,以经拉各电线不松动为佳,不用接用实05粗软性堵塞。7.接线盒盖密封固定可靠,以轻拉盒盖感觉稳固为佳。8.接线盒为秤体的固定必须牢固可靠,以免频受振动致使电气连接松动。[详细]

- 参比电极型号;DP-RE-1A参比电极是用于离子计,酸度计和电位滴定等仪器上起参比电位作用的测量元件,它与离子选择电极,金属电极等组成测量电池,可以进行各种化学实验。二型号和主要技术参数序号型号说明与标准甘汞电极电位差(Mv2.5度电极内阻外形尺寸自身盐桥溶液一般用途1DP-RE-1A电极多孔陶瓷接界130±3≤10直径12×1201.0mol/L作参比电极(碱性介质中)三.使用维护及注意事项1、不同的离子选择电极,不应混用一支参比电极。使用前应将电极侧管口和液接部的小橡皮塞(帽)取下,使电极腔体内的自身盐桥溶液与大气相通。2、电极应立式放置。不用时应在液口和液接部套上小橡皮塞(帽)。长期不用的参比电极,电极腔体内应充满自身盐桥溶液,在电极盒中或盐桥溶液中静置保存。3、应根据具体情况选择参比电极的类型及自身盐桥溶液的浓度。加置外盐桥的参比电极(如217型、803型、811型等),要选择合适的外盐桥溶液。对饱和参比电极,其电极腔体内的自身盐桥溶液中要有固体电解质存在。4、电极使用前,所有的空气泡必须从参比电极内自身盐桥溶液中或液体接界部位排除掉,否则引起测量回路断路或读数不稳。常用的方法是:在使用前,将参比电极轻轻甩几下。5、双液接参比电极,在使用时,必须加入新鲜外盐桥溶液。不使用时,外盐桥套管不可被污染。6、因硫酸亚汞的电极电位有较大的负温度系数和热滞后性,故测量时应尽量防止硫酸亚汞电极的温度波动,极ng确测量时应将此电极恒温。硫酸亚汞电极一般不宜在70"C以上的环境使用。7、要防止因参比电极不准而引起的测试误差。每隔30天左右,要检查它的电极电位值。简易的检查办法是:将被测的参比电极与另一支标准甘汞电极一同浸入饱和KCI溶液中,组成测量电池,电位差值应满足上述表格中的要求,否则应更换参比电极。[详细]
