- 下载E+H恩德斯豪斯液位计分类大全1、浮力方式浮力方式类型的液位计均有一个浮子(浮球或浮筒),浮子在静止液面上处于平衡状态,当液面变化时浮子随液面发生位移,电子元件以一定的方式获取浮子的位移,进而转换为液位的变化。由于电子元件接收浮子位移方式的不同,浮力方式液位计分为磁翻板液位计、浮筒液位计、磁致伸缩液位计等。1.1磁翻板液位计。磁翻板液位计由磁性浮子、圆柱型容器、标尺和变送器组成。浮子在容器内随液面移动,浮子的磁场作用在传感器上,传感器是一条封在不锈钢管内与被测液位等长的胶木条,上面间隔焊有众多的干簧管,当干簧管与浮子在同一高度时闭合,否则开路,变送器接收干簧管所连接电阻的多少产生电流信号,转换为液面高度。浮子移动在标尺上显示为红、白珠的翻转,指示液位。1.2浮筒液位计。浮筒液位计有浮筒、弹簧、磁钢室和指示器组成,根据阿基米德定律和磁耦合原理设计。浮筒的位移导致磁钢室磁场发生变化,指示器内的磁传感器极ng确测量周围磁场变化,与液位对应从而反映出液位变化。1.3磁致伸缩液位计。磁致伸缩液位计主要由浮子、波导管和变送器组成。变送器的电子部件产生低压电流脉冲,开始计时,产生磁场沿磁致伸缩线向下传播,浮子随着液位变化沿测量竿移动,浮子内磁铁也产生磁场,两个磁场相遇,磁致伸缩线扭曲形成扭应力波脉冲,脉冲速度已知,计算脉冲传播时间即对应液位极ng确变化。2、压力方式压力方式的液位计即通过其测压元件测量液体压力的方式反映液面高度的液位计。一般由变送器、传感器和压力探头组成。传感器是内置毛细软管的特殊金属杆或电缆,探头构造是一个不锈钢筒芯,底部带有膜片。探头侵入液体中,测试受到的液体静压与实际大气压之差,压差随液位变化,电子元件接收压差信号反映液位的变化。根据传感器材质的不同分为杆式和缆式两种。2.1杆式压力液位计。杆式压力液位计的传感器是金属杆。其一般技术参数为,测量范围一般0~5m,输出信号:(4~20)mA,测量精度一般0.5%。2.2缆式压力液位计。由于传感器是电缆,可以弯曲,方便搬运和装卸,所以缆式压力液位计的量程可以很大,有100m,甚至300m,其测量精度一般为1.0%。2.3差压液位计。差压液位计也是通过检测压力差来测量液位的。液位计有气相和液相两个取压口。气相取压点处压力为设备内气相压力;液相取压点处压力除受气相压力作用外,还受液柱静压力的作用,液相和气相压力之差,就是液柱所产生的静压力,转换成液面高度。3、导电方式导电方式的液位计基于电学原理,通过测量电容或电阻的方式测量液位。这类液位计主要包括电容液位计、射频导纳液位计、电阻液位计。3.1电容液位计。电容液位计采用测量电容的变化来测量液面的高低。由一根金属棒插入液体容器内,金属棒作为电容的一个极,容器壁作为电容的另一极。两电极间的介质即为液体及其上面的气体。由于液体的介电常数和液面上气体的介电常数不同,通过两电极间的电容量的变化来测量液位的高低。3.2射频导纳液位计。射频导纳液位计是电容液位计的升级版,可以理解为用高频无线电波测量导纳,。仪表工作时,仪表的传感器与灌壁及被测介质形成导纳值,物位变化时,导纳值相应变化,电路单元将测量导纳值转换成物位信号输出,实现液位的测量。3.3电阻液位计。电阻液位计通过电极接触导电液体,在电极间施加低频电压,当电极从断开状态变为串接液体电阻时,形成导电通路,也就是用液体的导电性来测量液位,用多个定点的测量电阻就可以进行水位的连续测量。4、反射方式目前反射方式的液位计主要有雷达液位计和超声波液位计两种。它们的原理基本相同,都是通过发射-反射-接收超声波或电磁波(雷达波)的方式测量液面高度的。4.1雷达液位计。雷达液位计的天线发射出电磁波,这些波经被测对象表面反射后,再被天线接收,电磁波从发射到接收的时间与到液面的距离成正比,雷达液位计记录脉冲波经历的时间,而电磁波的传输速度为常数,则可算出液面到雷达天线的距离,从而计算出液面的液位。4.2超声波液位计。超声波液位计是由微处理器控制的数字物位仪表。在测量中脉冲超声波由传感器(换能器)发出,声波经液体表面反射后被同一传感器接收,转换成电信号。并由声波的发射和接收之间的时间来计算传感器到被测液体的距离。5、结语[详细]
