- E+H流量计常见故障技术资料下载1.调试期故障 调试期待故障一般出现在仪表安装调试阶段,一经排除,在以后相同条件下不会再出现。常见的调试期故障通常由安装不妥、环境干扰以及流体特性影响等原因引起。 1)安装方面 通常是电磁流量传感器安装位置不正确引起的故障,常见的如将传感器安装在易积聚气体的管系Z高点;或安装在自上而下的垂直管上,可能出现排空;或传感器后无背压,流体直接排入大气而形成测量管内非满管。 E+H流量计常见故障技术资料下载2)环境方面 通常主要是管道杂散电流干扰,空间强电磁波干扰,大型电机磁场干扰等。管道杂散电流干扰通常采取良好的单独接地保护就可获得满意结果,但如遇到强大的杂散电流(如电解车间管道,有时在两电极上感应的交流电势峰值Vpp可高达1V),尚需采取另外措施和流量传感器与管道绝缘等。空间电磁波干扰一般经信号电缆引入,通常采用单层或多层屏蔽予以保护。 3)流体方面 被测液体中含有均匀分布的微小气泡通常不影响电磁流量计的正常工作,但随着气泡的增大,仪表输出信号会出现波动,若气泡大到足以遮盖整个电极表面时,随着气泡流过电极会使电极回路瞬间断路而使输出信号E+H流量计常见故障技术资料下载[详细]
