复合可编程盐雾试验控制器操作手册-英文- 复合可编程盐雾试验控制器操作手册-英文循环腐蚀试验把试样暴露到一个重复循环的一系列不同的环境中。简单循环可能由在盐雾和干燥条件之间的循环组成。更复杂的自动方法可能需要多步循环即包括湿度或冷凝，以及盐雾和干燥。利用本试验箱，在一个箱内能够循环所有Z有意义的腐蚀环境试验。用常规控制器，能够容易地编很复杂的试验循环程序。盐雾环境在盐雾功能期间，复合盐雾试验箱如同典型的常规盐雾操作。压缩空气经过水泡塔被加湿再到喷嘴。来自内部溶液槽内的腐蚀溶液被泵到喷嘴，在那里和压缩空气混合。喷嘴把溶液和空气喷成腐蚀雾状。箱体加热器维持所设定的箱体温度。这个功能也用于纯水雾暴露。注意：本试验箱的密封垫仅供液体或雾用。试验箱不装备气体密封垫。不要在试验箱中使用有毒气体或腐蚀性气体。本试验箱不能用于如强酸或以有机物（溶液）为基础的石油那样的危险溶液。在本试验箱内不能使用任何一种这类物质作为液体电解溶液。在打开箱子盖之前，要吹洗箱内空气中散布的湿气或雾。湿度环境在湿度功能期间，通过把热水蒸发进入到箱内，使箱体保持在设定的的相对湿度。加湿器和箱体加热器保持所设定的箱体温度。干燥环境在干燥功能期间，吹洗鼓风机将室内的空气吹入箱，这样就产生箱内的低湿条件。箱体的温度由箱体加热器控制。储藏环境在储藏功能期间，箱体的温度由箱体加热器自动保持。不产生喷雾，干燥，空气吹洗，或湿度。[详细]
