本文采用 Acclaim Mixed-Mode WAX-1 色谱柱配合 CAD 检测器，测定益母草颗粒、益母草膏中盐酸水苏碱的含量，以乙腈-甲酸铵溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱，在 HILIC 和 WAX 双重作用机理下，增强了对盐酸水苏碱的保留能力，可有效与供试品溶液中的杂质峰分离。同时，采用 Acclaim Mixed-Mode WCX-1色谱柱配合 DAD 检测器，测定益母草颗粒、益母草膏中盐酸益母草碱的含量，以乙腈-甲酸铵溶液为流动相进行等度洗脱，在RP 和 WCX 双重作用机理下，增强了对盐酸益母草碱的保留能力，可有效与供试品溶液中的杂质峰分离。在两种不同的分析方法下，盐酸水苏碱和盐酸益母草碱的峰形优异，柱效卓越，避免了复杂基质的干扰，可实现准确的定性和定量，助力益母草相关品种的标准提高。[详细]
