• Discrimina ion of Storage Time for Pork Using Metal Oxide Semiconductor （MOS）-Type E-Nose

  Aninvestigationwasconductedtoevaluatethecapacityofanelectronicmetaloxidesemiconductor（MOS）-typenose（e-nose）toclassifyporksampleswithdifferentstoragetimes（06d）.Theeffectsoftheheadspace-generationtimeandporksamplemassontheresponseofthee-nosewerestudiedusingmultivariateanalysisofvarianceandonewayanalysisofvariance,respectively.Theresultsshowedthattheporksamplemasshadthemostsignificanteffectonthee-nosesensorresponse,followedbytheheadspacegenerationtime.Theoptimumparameterswere10gofsamplemasswith5minofheadspace-generationtimeina500mLvial.Aftereitherprincipalcomponentanalysisorlineardiscriminantanalysis,theresultsshowedthatthee-nosewiththeoptimumparameterscanaccuratelyclassifytheporksamplesstoredfor06d.Amethodusingabackpropagationneuralnetworkwasalsoperformed,and91.43%ofthepredictionset（with92.86%ofthetrainingset）wasclassifiedcorrectlyusingthismodel.[详细]
