- FESTO伺服系统下载概念伺服系统(servomechanism)是使物体的位置、方位、状态等输出被控量能够跟随输入目标(或给定值)的任意变化的自动控制系统。气动伺服系统以高压气体作为驱动源的伺服系统。2FESTO伺服系统下载原理气动伺服系统的组成形式同一般伺服系统没有区别,它的各个环节不一定全是气动的,但执行机构一定是气动的。在气动伺服系统中,执行机构一般常采用活塞式气缸。气动装置的结构比较简单,性能稳定可靠,且具有良好的防火防爆性能,广泛应用于冶金、煤气、石油化工等各种过程控制系统。在过程控制系统中,由气动执行机构和调节阀结合组成的气动调节阀,是工业上使用较多的一种调节阀。但是,由于气体的可压缩性,气动伺服系统的伺服刚度常比液压伺服系统低得多。在地面设备中气动装置应用很广,但气动伺服系统主要用于飞行控制。控制操作面的气动伺服系统的气体压力一般采用5兆帕(约50个大气压),其气缸可以做得很小。但储气瓶的重量限制了功率,因此这种气动伺服系统多用于飞行时间很短的小型近程。3FESTO伺服系统下载热气伺服系统减少气源的尺寸和重量是气动伺服系统构成和应用中的一个基本问题。为此,发展了一种热气伺服系统。在的气体伺服系统中,热气靠燃烧固体燃料获得,也可直接利用液体推进剂火箭发动机的废气。前者温度较低,用得较多。但是固体燃烧时产生的热气中含有碳化颗粒,系统工作时间较长时会影响正常控制。因此热气伺服系统大多限于用在飞行时间短的上。图中操纵面的位置与输入量之间的偏差信号经具有继电特性的伺服放大器接通左侧(或右侧)的电磁阀,控制热气进入往复式气缸的左腔,带动操纵面转动。操纵面的运动通过电位计再反馈到输入端。这个系统是典型的继电器伺服系统,利用反馈使系统在滑动状态下工作,具有良好的线性特性(见继电控制系统)。[详细]
