德国E+H压力变送器技术资料
- 德国E+H压力变送器技术资料压力变送器根据以下几点选型:(1)测量范围、需要的精度及测量功能;(2)测量仪表面对的环境,如石油化工的工业环境,有可燃(有毒)和爆炸危险气氛的存在,有较高的环境温度等;(3)被测介质的物理化学性质和状态,如强酸、强碱、粘稠、易凝固结晶和气化等工况;(4)操作条件的变化,如介质温度、压力、浓度的变化。有时还要考虑到从开车到参数达到正常生产时,气相和液相浓度和密度的变化;(5)被测对象容器的结构、形状、尺寸、容器内的设备附件及各种进出口料管口都要考虑,如塔、溶液槽、反应器、锅炉汽包、立罐、球罐等;(6)其他要求,如环保及卫生等要求;(7)工程仪表选型要有统一的考虑,要求尽可能地减少品种规格,减少备品备件,以利管理;(8)工艺ZL商的具体要求。(9)实际的工艺情况:①考虑被测对象是属于哪一类设备。如槽、罐类,槽的容积较小,测量范围不会太大,罐的容积较大,测量范围可能较大;②要看介质的物化性质及洁净程度,常规的差压式变送器及浮筒式液位变送器,还要对接触介质部分的材质进行选择;③对有些悬浮物、泡沫等介质可用单法兰式差压变送器。有些易析出、易结晶的用插入式双法兰式差压变送器;④对高黏度的介质的液位及高压设备的液位,由于设备无法开孔,可选用放射液位计来测量;⑤除了测量方法上和技术上问题外,还有仪表投资问题。综上所述,变送器的选型,从技术上要可行,经济上要合理,管理上要方便。2压力变送器的选型方法从物理学角度看,任何一个物体上受到的压力都应包括大气压力和被测介质的压力(一般称为表压)两部分。作用在被测物体上这两部分压力总和称为压力。P绝=P表+大气压测量压力的仪表称为绝压表。对于普通的工业压力表测量的都是表压值,也就是压力与大气压的压差值。当压力大于大气压值时测得的表压值为正值,称为正表压;当压力小于大气压值时测得的表压值为负值,称为负表压,即真空度。测量真空度的仪表称为真空表。①为了保证压力测量精度,Z小压力测量值应高于压力表测量量程的1/3;②对需远距离测量或测量精度要求较高的场合,应选择压力传感器或压力变送器;③在测量精度要求不高时,可选择电阻或电感式、霍尔效应式远传压力表;④气动基地式压力指示调节器适宜作就地压力指示调节;⑤压力变送器、压力开关应根据安装场所防爆要求合理选择。3压力表的选型(1)量程选择在测稳定压力时,一般压力表Zda量程选择接近或大于正常压力测量值的1.5倍;在测脉动压力时,一般压力表Zda量程选择接近或大于正常压力测量值的2倍;在测机泵出口压力时,一般压力表Zda量程选择接近机泵出口Zda压力值;在测高压压力时,一般压力表Zda量程选择应大于Zda压力测量值的1.7倍;为了保证压力测量精度,Z小压力测量值应高于压力表测量量程的1/3。(2)型式选择测压>0.4MPa时,可选用弹簧管压力表;测压<0.04MPa时,可选用波纹管和膜盒压力表;测粘稠、易结晶、腐蚀性、含固体颗粒的场合,可采用膜片压力表或附带化学密封装置;测蒸汽或高于60℃的介质压力测量应选择不锈钢压力表或安装冷凝圈;脉动压力测量应附加阻尼器或耐震压力表;测含有粉尘气体时应设置除尘器;测含有液体的气体压力时应设置气液分离器;测某些化工介质应选用专用压力表:对含氨介质压力测量采用氨用压力表,对含氧气压力测量采用氧气压力表,对乙炔压力测量采用乙炔压力表,对含硫介质压力采用抗硫压力表;高压压力表(大于10MPa)应有泄压安全设施。我们公司代理以下优势品牌:1.品牌:、德国力士乐REXROTH、德国费斯托FESTO、德国宝德BURKERT、德国贺德克HYDAC、德国倍加福P+F、德国图尔克TURCK、德国施克SICK、德国易福门IFM、德国GSR、德国PILZ、德国巴鲁夫BALLUFF、EPRO.,德国西门子。德国哈威HAWE等2.美国阿斯卡ASCO、美国派克PARKER、美国威格士VICKERS、、美国MAC、美国纽曼蒂克NUMATICS.3.意大利ATOS、意大利杰弗伦GEFRAN、英国海隆诺冠、法国高诺斯等.4.日本CKD\日本SMC、日本丰兴、日本大金、日本不二越、日本黑田精工、日本太阳铁工、东京美我公司在德国及美国都有注册公司,直接与国外厂家合作,价格和货期都有非常好的优势,产品保证原装的,各新老客户有需要随时可联系谢小姐。[详细]

- E+H温度传感器工作原理金属膨胀原理设计的传感器金属在环境温度变化后会产生一个相应的延伸,因此传感器可以以不同方式对这种反应进行信号转换。双金属片式传感器双金属片由两片不同膨胀系数的金属贴在一起而组成,随着温度变化,材料A比另外一种金属膨胀程度要高,引起金属片弯曲。弯曲的曲率可以转换成一个输出信号。双金属杆和金属管传感器随着温度升高,金属管(材料A)长度增加,而不膨胀钢杆(金属B)的长度并不增加,这样由于位置的改变,金属管的线性膨胀就可以进行传递。反过来,这种线性膨胀可以转换成一个输出信号。液体和气体的变形曲线设计的传感器在温度变化时,液体和气体同样会相应产生体积的变化。多种类型的结构可以把这种膨胀的变化转换成位置的变化,这样产生位置的变化输出(电位计、感应偏差、挡流板等等)。电阻传感金属随着温度变化,其电阻值也发生变化。对于不同金属来说,温度每变化一度,电阻值变化是不同的,而电阻值又可以直接作为输出信号。电阻共有两种变化类型正温度系数温度升高=阻值增加温度降低=阻值减少负温度系数温度升高=阻值减少温度降低=阻值增加热电偶传感E+H温度传感器由两个不同材料的金属线组成,在末端焊接在一起。再测出不加热部位的环境温度,就可以准确知道加热点的温度。由于它必须有两种不同材质的导体,所以称之为热电偶。不同材质做出的热电偶使用于不同的温度范围,它们的灵敏度也各不相同。热电偶的灵敏度是指加热点温度变化1℃时,输出电位差的变化量。对于大多数金属材料支撑的热电偶而言,这个数值大约在5~40微伏/℃之间。[1]由于热电偶温度传感器的灵敏度与材料的粗细无关,用非常细的材料也能够做成温度传感器。也由于制作热电偶的金属材料具有很好的延展性,这种细微的测温元件有极高的响应速度,可以测量快速变化的过程。此产品信息版权归上海维特锐所有,如想详细了解请点击:E+H温度传感器[详细]
