- E+H超声波液位计操作手册德国E+H超声波液位计的组成部分:超声波换能器、处理单元、输出单元。德国E+H超声波液位计针对腐蚀性、有结层或者是含酸碱废水来说,都是一种非常理想的测量工具。超声波液位计可测量的介质包括盐酸、硫酸、氢氧化物、废水、树脂、石蜡、泥浆、碱液和漂白剂等工业用剂,广泛应用于水处理、化工、电力、冶金、石油、半导体等行业。德国E+H超声波液位计的优点非接触式测量无可动部件、结构简单、使用寿命长耐腐蚀(探头大多采用PVDF、PP等材料)自动温度补偿功能不受介质湿度、粘度的影响不受介质介电常数、电导率、热导率的影响优异的性能价格比德国E+H超声波液位计的注意事项德国E+H超声波液位计耐温能力有限,大多数小于60℃,个别特殊产品可达100℃真空环境下无法测量,压力的大幅波动影响测量精度安装时尽量避开气泡、障碍物、波浪等干扰因素德国E+H超声波液位计的工作原理是由换能器(探头)发出高频超声波脉冲遇到被测介质表面被反射回来,部分反射回波被同一换能器接收,转换成电信号。超声波脉冲以声波速度传播,从发射到接收到超声波脉冲所需时间间隔与换能器到被测介质表面的距离成正比。超声波液位计此距离值S与声速C和传输时间T之间的关系可以用公式表示:S=CxT/2。德国E+H超声波液位计由于发射的超声波脉冲有一定的宽度,使得距离换能器较近的小段区域内的反射波与发射波重迭,无法识别,不能测量其距离值。这个区域称为测量盲区。盲区的大小与超声波物位计的型号有关。德国E+H超声波液位计特点德国E+H超声波液位计由于采用了先进的微处理器和独特的EchoDiscovery回波处理技术,超声波物位计可以应用于各种复杂工况。换能器内置温度传感器,可实现测量值的温度补偿。德国E+H超声波液位计换能器采用**声学匹配之ZL技术,使其发射功率能更有效地辐射出去,提高信号强度,从而实现准确测量。E+H超声波液位计操作手册德国E+H位计上安装温度传感器实时测量温度,并利用式(3)中给定的温度与声速的关系,方便地换算出声速值。但是,实际上声速又不仅仅受温度影响,还与气体密度、气压、湿度、空气中的悬浮物等诸多因素有关。因此,在实际应用中仅利用测量温度的方法对声速进行标定还有诸多不足,且在温度测量过程中也会存在一定的误差,因此温度补偿方法只适用一般应用,而无法满足高精度测量。2.1.2实测声速补偿实践证明,无论是利用何种经验公式和经验数据对声速进行补偿,都会由于测量环境的复杂性和测量方法等原因,引进新的误差。因此利用实测声速的方法进行声速补偿被认为是Z可靠的补偿方法。如图2所示,在发射探头前端安装一个挡板,挡板与探头形成一个距离固定的声程区间,该结构称之为声程架。当探头发射声波时,该挡板能将一部分声波反射回探头。探头接收到反射波后,计算从发射到接收的时间,利用式(4)计算声速其中,L为声程架的声程长度;t为声波传播时间。利用实测声速方法进行补偿,由于补偿声波与测量声波传播路径所处的环境极为相似,所受的环境影响也基本一致,其声速通常也较接近,所以这种方法是目前使用Z极ng确的声速修正方式。但是在这种方法的使用中,声程架应选用低温度膨胀系数的材料,以免环境温度变化声程架发生热胀冷缩,使声程距离L发生改变,影响实测声速精度。E+H超声波液位计操作手册[详细]

E+H超声波液位计原理
- E+H超声波是机械波的一种,即是机械振动在弹性介质中的一种传播过程,它的特征是频率高、波长短、绕射现象小,另外方向性好,能够成为射线而定向传播。E+H超声波在液体、固体中衰减很小,因而穿透能力强,尤其是在对光不透明的固体中,E+H超声波可穿透几十米的长度,碰到杂质或界面就会有显着的反射,E+H超声波液位计就是利用它的这一原理而工作的。在E+H超声波检测技术中,不管那种E+H超声波仪器,都必须把电能转换E+H超声波发射出去,再接收回来变换成电信号,完成这项功能的装置就叫E+H超声波换能器,也被称作为探头。将E+H超声波换能器置于被测液体或物位上方,向下发射E+H超声波,E+H超声波穿过空气介质,在遇到水面或物体介面时被反射回来,然后被换能器所接收并转换为电信号,电子检测部分检测到这一信号后将其变成物位信号进行显示并输出标准信号,供其它仪表或控制装置使用.由E+H超声波在介质中传播原理可知,若介质压力、温度、密度、湿度等条件一定,则E+H超声波在该介质中传播速度是一个常数。因此,当测量出E+H超声波由发射到遇到物面或液面反射被接收所需要的时间,则可换算出E+H超声波通过的路程,从而间接地测量出物位或者液位数据。E+H超声波液位计的工作原理是由换能器(探头)发出高频E+H超声波脉冲遇到被测介质表面被反射回来,部分反射回波被同一换能器接收,转换成电信号。E+H超声波脉冲以声波速度传播,从发射到接收到E+H超声波脉冲所需时间间隔与换能器到被测介质表面的距离成正比。此距离值S与声速C和传输时间T之间的关系可以用公式表示:S=CxT/2。由于发射的E+H超声波脉冲有一定的宽度,使得距离换能器较近的小段区域内的反射波与发射波重迭,无法识别,不能测量其距离值。这个区域称为测量盲区。盲区的大小与E+H超声波物位计的型号有关。E+H超声波液位计安装要求:换能器发射E+H超声波脉冲时,都有一定的发射开角。从换能器下缘到被测介质表面之间,由发射的E+H超声波波束所辐射的区域内,不得有障碍物,因此安装时应尽可能避开罐内举措措施,如:人梯、限位开关、加热设备、支架等。另外须留意E+H超声波波束不得与加料料流相交。安装仪表时还要留意:Z高料位不得进入丈量盲区;仪表距罐壁必需保持一定的间隔;仪表的安装尽可能使换能器的发射方向与液面垂直。[详细]

关于E+H超声波液位计的原理和应用资料下载
- E+H超声波物位计也称E+H超声波液位计,超声波水位计,超声波料位计。是一种优良的非接触的界面测量设备。适合石油、化工、自来水、污水处理、水利水文、钢铁、煤矿、电力、交通以及食品加工等行业。它安装,操作简便,适用性广,价格低廉。是一种物美价廉的物位物位、液位测量设备。E+H超声波物位计的原理:E+H超声波物位计安装于容器上部,在电子单元的控制下,探头向被测物体发射一束超声波脉冲。声波被物体表面反射,部分反射回波由探头接收并转换为电信号。从超声波发射到被重新被接收,其时间与探头至被测物体的距离成正比。电子单元检测该时间,并根据已知的声速计算出被测距离。用探头到罐底的距离-探头到液位的距离=实际液位或者物位高度。把液位高度转换成4~20mA电流信号、1~5V电压信号输出。或者通过485通信,Hart通信,GPRS通信传输到控制ZX。由于温度对声速具有较大的影响,所以仪表应测量环境温度,已修正声速。超声物位计的测量原理。二.E+H超声波物位计运用的系统框:在系统运用中,由E+H超声波物位计测量液位的高度并转换成标准信号送到控制ZX。控制ZX检测到仪表送来的液位信息,并根据液位的高度和实际需要来对加料或者减料进行控制。三.E+H超声物位计的主要的几个技术指标1、量程和盲区:量程和盲区是反映超声物位计的两个重要的指标。量程代表的是这个物位计能测量的Zda范围。反映的是换能器的灵敏度。也就是说,量程越大,灵敏度越高。大部分厂家标称的量程都是针对平整液面来说的,也就是说实际测量的时候,液位波动,表面有漂浮物,测量是固体料位,有粉尘,有蒸汽,都是有可能导致量程不能达到标称的值。比如50m量程的设备,如果测玉米的时候,实际只能测到20m.。盲区是反映换能器好坏的重要指标。盲区也成死区,超声液位计测量不到的一段距离,它是由于超声换能器的余震造成的。比如盲区30cm,也就是说,在液体更探头的距离小于30cm的时候,将会出现不能测量的情况。那么相同量程的产品,盲区越小,说明这个换能器的设计越好。对一些密闭罐体或者短量程的测量来说,安装会越方便。因此盲区成为相同量程产品衡量换能器做得好坏的一个重要指标。2、温度和精度。温度范围大部分标称是-20~60℃这个范围。因为大部分用液晶显示的物位计,液晶屏的工作温度只能在这个范围,超出这个范围,液晶显示都会出现不正常现象。如果不考虑液晶显示的限制,一般都可以做到-40~80℃的范围。压电陶瓷有个居里温度约300度。居里温度的一般是安全温度,所以一般情况下,超声换能器的工作温度很难超过150度。当超过150℃温度的时候,很容易对里面的压电陶瓷损坏。因此150度可以看成是一个破坏温度。另外超声波换能器制造过程用的部分材料,不能在100℃以上的温度长时间工作。大部分换能器的极限温度是100℃。为什么把精度和温度放在一起考虑,因为在空气中,温度测量误差1℃,对声速的影响是0.6m/S,20℃,1个大气压下声速约为340m/S。因此可以算出,对测量误差的影响是0.17%,也就是说,如果温度测量误差3℃,物位测量误差就超过大部分厂家0.5%的标称范围。因此实际0.5%的精度针对的是常温常压下的。对偏高和偏低的温度,都有可能导致测量精度超过0.5%的情况。有温度梯度,温度变化快的场合,测量误差也会因此增大。另外对测量精度影响Zda的是气体成份。也就是说在一些挥发性液体的场合,因为液体的挥发导致空气成分变化,接着导致气体声速变化引起的测量误差。3、压力。在负压的情况下,一般不推荐用超声测量,因为超声传播是通过气体来实现的。负压力意味着里面的空气稀薄,超声在稀薄空气下传播,一个是声速会变化,引起测量误差,二是稀薄空气里面,声波衰减增大,导致测量量程减小甚至不能测量。正压力主要是探头结构的影响,只要探头结构没有问题。不会引起漏气现象。那么在大的压力情况下超声物位计是可以工作的。4、腐蚀性:物位计的腐蚀性主要考验的是探头的材质。在弱酸弱碱的环境下,普通的塑料外壳就可以了。用聚四氟乙烯的外壳,可以耐大部分的强酸强碱。这里要注意的是,如果被测物质有比较强腐蚀性和挥发性,那么用一体物位计的时候,**把电路板进行胶峰。因为大部分的可以防水的壳体,都不能防气体。气体进入一体设备里面后,会俯视电路板。5、方向性和安装结构安装结构一般有法兰和螺纹两种安装方式。不推荐使用吊装。因为吊装容易受风的影响。但安装的时候,一般要考虑盲区的影响。我们要在物理上保证Z高液面到探头表面的距离大于盲区。为了避开盲区,用加长导管安装的时候,必须注意的是,探头辐射面两端与导管端面两端形成的夹角必须大于换能器的锐角度。(锐角度:波束两侧出现**个极小值之间的夹角)大部分物位计用的换能器都可以看成一个圆形活塞阵。那么锐角的角度可以通过下面的公式计算出来:换能器锐角的计算公式:θ=2arcsin(0.61λ/a)。产品标称的是一般换能器的半功率角。半功率角的计算公式为:θ-3dB=2arcsin(0.26λ/a)。这样就验证一下厂家标称的波束角是否是真实的。波束角不是越小越好,因为对大量程的产品来说,波束角太小,那么要垂直对准液面这比较困难。λ=波长=声速/频率a=半径,是换能器的辐射面的半径6、供电方式和信号输出方式:供电方式一般是交流电源95~230VAC,24VDC四线制,24VDC两线制三种。输出方式有:显示界面,电流4~20Ma,电压1-5V,通信方式485通信,Hart通信,GPRS通信等。三、超声物位计现场使用时候的安装注意事项1、垂直换能器安装的时候,要保证换能器的发射面和要被探测的平面平行,这样声波就可以垂直发射到被测物体表面。这样可以保证Zda的能量返回。技巧:如果现场环境有蒸汽,容易形成水珠附在探头的表面,并且探头的量成比实际要测量的距离大比较多。那么可以倾斜3度左右,这样可以避免水珠结水的影响。2、盲区Z高液位到E+H超声波液位计探头表面的距离应大于探头的盲区。这里需要注意的是:我们的盲区是在比较理想的状态下测得的。因此如果我们的安装的是封闭的罐体,那么盲区值**加大20%。如果因为液体会搅动,用了很长的导管来安装,那么盲区值**也加大20%为了避开盲区,我们经常会用加长导管的方式来避开盲在利用加长导管安装的时候,必须保证角度AOB?探头的锐角度。3、罐壁和障碍物如果罐壁是光滑的,并且液位降低的时候,不会出现挂料的情况,那么大部分距离灌壁30cm的距离安装就可以。如果灌壁是粗糙的,那么探头安装的位置要远离灌壁。灌底不是平面的,那么在零液位的时候可能出现误测。如果是圆锥型底面,可以考虑把探头安装在圆锥顶端正上方。对于圆形的横杆,只要距离超过1m,直径不超过5cm,影响不大。否则尽量避开。但对平面的横杆,灌壁有直角的情况,要尽量的避开。4、有搅拌和波动如果有搅拌或者波动的场合,可以用加长导管安装。导管直接申入液位底面。导管的直径只要大于探头的辐射面即可,但是要保证导管的内壁光滑,并且液位升降过程中不挂料,管内液体和管外一致。如果大量程不适合用导管安装的,可以减小量程使用,具体减小多少要看波浪的大小。[详细]
