Feyond多功能酶标仪助力论文发表

导读:Feyond多功能酶标仪助力论文发表

Feyond-A300是具备独特双光学元件的三功能微孔板检测平台,包括全波长吸收光(UV/Abs)、荧光强度(FI)、化学发光(Lum)。支持多种检测模式,包括终点法、动力学法、孔扫描、光谱扫描(仅吸收光)。


仪器的吸收光检测基于光栅单色器,无需配备滤光片,即可实现200-1000nm的连续光谱检测,几乎满足所有吸收光检测应用。荧光检测是采用基于滤光片的检测光路,氙灯、滤光片和PMT组成的荧光光路可最大程度的贴合荧光染料的特性,最低检出限可达到1pM。化学发光检测搭配自动加样器可实现闪光及辉光的试剂应用。仪器无需额外配备电脑,内置平板即可完成布局、运行参数、及算法的各项设置。




通过客户回访调查我们发现,虽然仪器上市不到3年,但有众多国内外科研单位选择我们的产品,其中不乏浙江大学、西湖大学、天津大学、南开大学、中国农业大学、山东大学、大连理工大学、哈尔滨工业大学、Russian Academy of Sciences等知名单位。




据不完全统计,近年来利用Feyond-A300/A400研究发表的文章在SCI一区文章4篇、二区文章8篇、三区文章4篇,其中既有发表在顶级杂志ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering(IF 7.1)上的高分文章,又有在细胞生物学领域具有较高影响力Cell Death Discovery上的权威文章。


文章涵盖吸收光、荧光及发光的多种检测应用,其中包含利用吸收光检测的CCK8/MTT细胞活性检测、多种酶活测定、NADP + /NADPH检测、光谱扫描等;利用荧光检测的GFP荧光蛋白、钙离子、ROS、Calcein-AM、MitoTracker? Orange、PI、蛋白定量等;以及利用发光检测的ATP活性。
