泛素蛋白是一个76个氨基酸，高度保守的核和细胞质蛋白。它只存在于真核生物中，通过泛素-蛋白体途径(UPP)中的酶与底物蛋白共价连接，并在26S蛋白体降解ATP依赖的细胞蛋白中发挥主要作用，泛素化反应可以修饰蛋白质，调节蛋白质降解。泛素化还影响蛋白质体独立事件，如蛋白质定位、活性和功能。

复溶（Reconstitution）	We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 50 mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20°C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.
