Recombinant Biotinylated Human Her4/ErbB4 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gln26-Pro651.

Molecular Weight

The protein has a predicted MW of 72.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 75-110 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

Formulation

Reconstitution

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
