Thermometer reads from –58 to 2000°F and –50 to 1300°C with a resolution of 0.1° and 1°. Switch from °F to °C at the touch of a button. Easy to read big digits measure over 5/8-inch-high and are readable from 15 feet away. Unit features HOLD button that freezes display to capture current reading. MAX HOLD feature permits capturing and displaying the highest temperature achieved over any time period.

Intuitive, four-button operation makes it easy-to-use. Microprocessor updates the display 2.5 times per second. Rugged unit is constructed of shock-resistant ABS plastic. Meter only accuracy: ±0.3% of the reading plus 1°C between –50°C to 1000°C, otherwise 0.5% of the reading plus 1°C. Uses all Type-K thermocouple probes.
