Astec CHIROBIOTIC® TAG 手性高效液相色谱柱

Astec CHIROBIOTIC TAG is a variation of CHIROBIOTIC T. The sugars have been removed from the macrocyclic glycopeptide to produce an aglycone structure which is then linked through standard CHIROBIOTIC chemistry to high-purity silica gel. This enhances selectivity for many amino acids, especially methionine, histidine, and cysteine, most sulfoxides, and for oxazolidinones, hydrantoins, and diazepines. CHIROBIOTIC TAG is complementary to CHIROBIOTIC T. Resolution of amino alcohols, excellent on CHIROBIOTIC T, is reduced on TAG.
