低熔点琼脂糖。Certified low-melt agarose has a high resolving capacity for DNA fragments equal to or greater than 1,000 kb. It is recommended for preparative electrophoresis and in-gel applications such as restriction digestion, ligation, PCR, transformation, and sequencing. This agarose is also recommended for embedding chromosomes and megabase-sized DNA for pulsed field applications. It is supplied as 25 g.
