表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Recombinant Biotinylated Human KIR2DL2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus. It contains His22-His245.[Accession \| P43627]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 27.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

重构方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

储存条件

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
