Ibuprofen 布洛芬 |CAS 15687-27-1

Ibuprofen ((±)-Ibuprofen, Dolgesic, NSC 256857, NSC256857, Advil, Motrin, Brufen)，又称布洛芬、异丁苯丙酸或异丁洛芬，是一种COX-1/2抑制剂，IC₅₀分别为13 μM和370 μM，具有抗炎、镇痛、抗癌和解热的作用，临床上用于治疗风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、感冒发热等。

冰袋运输。粉末直接保存于-20℃，有效期3年。建议分装后-20℃干燥保存，避免反复冻融。

（一）细胞实验（体外实验）

在AGS细胞中，Ibuprofen (500 μM, 48 h)抑制细胞活性，诱导凋亡，下调Akt、VEGF-A、PCNA、Bcl2、OCT3/4和CD44的转录。^[2] Ibuprofen (500 μM)通过光敏过程增强紫外线诱导的MCF-7细胞和MDA-MB-231细胞死亡。^[4] 

（二）动物实验（体内实验）

在乳腺癌移植瘤小鼠模型中，口服Ibuprofen (300 mg/kg)减少总体肿瘤生长，增强抗肿瘤免疫特性，无不良自身免疫反应。^[5]
