   真空冷冻干燥技术，简称冻干，又称升华干燥，是将含水物料预先冻结，然后使之在真空状态下升华的一种方法。经冷冻干燥的物品，原有的生物、化学特性基本不 变，易于长期保存，加水后能恢复到冻干前的形态，并且能保持其原有的生化特性。因此，冷冻干燥技术在化学工业、生物制品,食品冷冻干燥机等领域得到广泛应用

Vacumm freeze dryer is widly used in medicine,pharmacy,biology research,chemical industry and food production etc. Goods are easier for long-term preservation after freezing-drying processing.They can be restored to the orginal state and maintain its chemical and biological characteristics after being watered.

SJIA-10N,SJIA-12N,SJIA-18N this series has five types: ordinary, top-press, multi-pipeline ordinary,multi-pipeline top-press and T-type shelf

1. 制冷采用全 球领先技术Linde-hampson，带有回冷器（利用回冷来二次降温），制冷效率高；
2. 采用环保制冷剂（绝 对不含有国家禁用的制冷剂，某些厂家仍然采用国家禁止的R12,R22配比的混合制冷剂方案）；
3. 制冷温度：
3.1 达标冷阱温度（空载）：≤ -60℃ ，室温≤28℃；
3.2 极限冷阱温度（空载）：≤ -65℃ ，室温≤25℃；
4. 采用7寸触摸屏，显示直观，操作简单，不用定义莫名其妙的按钮选择。
5. 支持冻干数据曲线记录功能。
6. 可设置真空泵启动时对冷阱温度的要求，避免冷阱温度没达到有效低温捕水性能时候就启动真空泵，造成水进入真空泵；
7. 带有额外一组传感器，可用于测量样品温度，以及数据记录。
8. 温度和真空度带有修正功能；
9. 带有真空压力显示单位切换，支持Mbar（毫巴），Pa(帕斯卡),Torr（托尔）.

1. Refrigeration uses Linde-hampson, the world's leading technology, with a refrigeratory (secondary cooling by refrigeration), high refrigeration efficiency;

2. The use of environmentally friendly refrigerants (absolutely does not contain the refrigerants banned by the state, some manufacturers still use the mixed refrigerant scheme with the ratio of R12 and R22 banned by the state);

3. Refrigeration temperature:

3.1 Temperature of cold trap up to standard (no load): <60 (DegC) and room temperature <28 (DegC)

3.2 Limit cold trap temperature (no load): <65 C, room temperature <25 C;

4. Using a 7-inch touch screen, the display is intuitive and easy to operate, without defining the inexplicable button selection.

5. Support freeze-drying data curve recording function.

6. The requirement of cold trap temperature can be set when the vacuum pump starts, so as to avoid starting the vacuum pump when the cold trap temperature does not reach the effective low-temperature water catching performance, resulting in water entering the vacuum pump.

7. With an additional set of sensors, it can be used to measure sample temperature and record data.

SJIA-10N 有五款基本配置：普通型，压盖型，普通多岐管，压盖多岐管，T型多岐管（24只）。装载物料形式区别：

A：普通型，适合装散装物料。

B：压盖型，适合装载西林瓶装物料。

C：普通多岐管，适合装载外挂瓶装物料。

D：压盖多岐管，适合装载散装物料，瓶装物料及外挂瓶装物料。

E：T型多岐管，适合装载外挂瓶及安瓿瓶装物料。

五款可冻干样品类型：水溶性溶液，悬浊液或者糊状物质，共晶点温度高于-20度。（如果共晶点温度低于-20度，需选择冷阱温度为-80度）
