形态特性：菌落直径为2-4mm，圆形，边缘不规则，不透明，正面灰白色，中间凸起，表面粗糙，质地干燥，G＋（蓝紫色），杆菌，纯度：纯，
培养基：蛋白胨：10.0g，牛肉粉：3.0g，氯化钠：5.0g，琼脂：15.0g，pH值：7.3±0.1(25℃)
培养条件：37℃；18-24h；好氧；
培养方法：1. 准备无菌液体试管 1 支（含培养基 5~10mL），90mm 平板 2 块； 2. 西林瓶管壁消毒后，无菌环境下，依次打开铝盖与胶塞，吸取约 0.5mL 液体培养基打入瓶中，轻轻吹打溶解菌片； 3. 菌片充分溶解后，将溶解液全部吸出，打回液体试管混匀； 4. 从试管液体中吸取混合液涂布平板，200μL/个； 5. 将试管和平板全部置于上述指定条件培养，禁止密封缠绕平板，18-24h 后观察培养液明显浑浊，平板菌落或菌苔生长； 6. 如菌种未生长，应继续培养至 72h，培养好后按照试验需求具体使用。
