This specific offering contains Waters HSS (High Strength Silica) Technology 100A pore, C18, 1.8um particles. The High Strength Silica particle overcomes the mechanical limitation of porous silica particles withstanding pressures for UPLC separations. The T3 bonding utilizes a trifunctional C18 Alkyl phase bonded at a ligand density that promotes polar compound retention and aqueous mobile phase compatibility.
