Human GPA Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Ser20-Glu91.[Accession | P02724-1]

分子量大小（Molecular Weight）

The protein has a predicted MW of 34.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

重构方法（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
