这些高速热释电探头用于测量重复频率高达10 kHz的脉冲相干和非相干光源。热释电探头不适用于连续光测量,因为热释电探头是将能量从光脉冲转换为电压脉冲。ES3xxC探头具有宽带黑膜,在185 nm到25 µm范围内提供平坦响应,并且根据有源区尺寸,可用于重复频率高达1 kHz的测量。E4xxC探头具有金属膜,用于重复频率高达10 kHz的探测,但提供较短的波长范围185 nm - 2.5 µm。探头可选Ø8 mm或Ø12 mm传感区域,且每个输入孔径具有SM1(1.035"-40)外螺纹以兼容我们的SM1螺纹透镜套筒。探头可以通过BNC接头直接连接到具有1 MΩ输入电阻的示波器;将这些探头与不同负载电阻一起使用可能会降低速率。每个能量探头都附带一个BNC转C系列转接件,其中包含可追溯至NIST和PTB校准数据。
