Bench Top Models for Laboratory Use Pellet Presses for Preparing Pellets, Bricks, Briquettes and Cakes Bench Top Pellet Press Bench Top Pellet Press Designed for Sample Preparation All Carver pellet presses are designed to compact homogeneous powder into a usable pellet sample. Pellet dies are constructed of stainless steel for corrosion resistance with replaceable anvils. All dies include a pellet ejector. A 13 mm die for IR sample preparation is supplied with 12 ton press. A 31mm die for x-ray sample preparation is provided with our 40 and 50 ton presses.
