VEGFR2 is a receptor for vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) that mediates virtually all known cellular responses to VEGF. VEGFR2 is mainly expressed in endothelial cells and is up-regulated in tumor vascular system. Inhibition of VEGFR2 activity and its downstream signal is an important target for the treatment of angiogenic diseases.

Source	Recombinant Human VEGFR2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Ala 20-Glu 764.
Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted MW of 85.22 kDa. And it migrates as 130 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Purity	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin	<0.1 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
Reconstitution	Centrifuge tubes before opening. Dissolve lyophilized protein with sterile PBS to ensure the concentration is greater than 100 ug/mL.
