表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Biotinylated Mouse CDCP1 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal. It contains Arg25-Ala667.[Accession \| Q5U462]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 75.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-100 kDa based on SDS- PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	<1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS- PAGE and HPLC
活性（Activity）	SPR Data: Anti-CDCP1 Antibody captured on CM5 Chip via Protein A can bind Biotinylated Mouse CDCP-1, His Tag with an affinity constant of 0.45 μM as determined in SPR assay
制剂（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
重构方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

储存条件

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
