表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Human CEACAM-5/CD66e (145-322) Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminus. It contains Pro145-Pro322.[Accession \| P06731-1]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 20.66 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
