Features

This model suits for orientation measurement of cylindrical surface of silicon single crystal with big diameter. It can also be used for other types of single crystal's orientation measurement. It is specially used with roller mill, orientation for crystal cylindrical surface. Because this machine is with fixed angel and assures precision of crystal's direction after rol领 mill, products' orientation precision can be improved.
