HR-150AⅡ型洛氏硬度计选用全进口LCD数显表，代替了指针式表盘，消除了读数和操作误差，提高了显示精度和重复性精度，该机外观新颖，操作方便。适用于金属材料的洛氏硬度试验。施加试验力的速度由缓冲器来调节，试验力的变换采用变荷手轮的转换而获得，因而具有操作简便，性能稳定，使用广泛等特点。

原理：

洛氏硬度适用于各种金属材料的硬度测定。它的试验原理是在初试验力及总试验力先后作用下，将压头压入试样表面，卸除主试验力，测量保留初试验力时的压痕残余深度。
