表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Human ROR1 Protein is expressed from Baculovirus-Insect Cells with His tag at the C-terminus. It contains Met453-Asn783.[Accession \| AAA60275.1]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 39.21 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-70 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
制剂（Formulation）	Supplied as 0.22 μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl, 2mM GSH, 3mM DTT, 10% glycerol (pH 7.4).
