表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Human PLA2G7 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Phe22-Asn441.[Accession \| Q13093]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 48.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 49-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE
制剂（Formulation）	Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 50mM NaAc, 150mM NaCl, 10% Glycerol (pH 5.0).

储存条件

The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
