Recombinant Human FOLR1 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Arg25-Met233.[ Uniprot| P15328]

分子量大小（Molecular Weight）

The protein has a predicted MW of 51.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

内毒素（Endotoxin）

Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.

纯度（Purity）

> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE and HPLC

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human FOLR1, hFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-FOLR1 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 14.6ng/ml determined by ELISA.

制剂（Formulation）

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

重构方法（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100

μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
