Golotimod (SCV 07, SCV07, Gamma-D-glutamyl-L-tryptophan)，又称gamma-D-谷氨酰-L-色氨酸，是一种可口服免疫调节肽，具有免疫刺激、抗菌、抗炎和抗肿瘤活性。Golotimod可以通过抑制STAT3信号缓解口腔粘膜炎，也可能用于治疗生殖器2型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-2)。

动物实验（体内实验）

在口腔黏膜炎小鼠模型中，皮下注射SCV-07(100 μg/kg)降低了急性和分割辐射诱导的口腔黏膜炎的严重程度和持续时间。^[3]
