Camptothecin，又称喜树碱，是从喜树的种子或根皮中提出的一种生物碱，是一种拓扑异构酶I选择性抑制剂，IC₅₀为0.68 μM，有抗肿瘤活性。Camptothecin通过不可逆地与DNA-拓扑异构酶I复合物结合，终止DNA转录和复制，进而抑制细胞周期进程，临床上主要用于治疗白血病、胃癌和肠癌。

使用方法

1、细胞实验（体外实验）

在HCT116细胞中，Camptothecin (5 µM)诱导MLL5蛋白降解，导致p53在Ser392位点磷酸化。^[2] 

2、动物实验（体内实验）

在B16F10黑色素瘤移植瘤小鼠模型中，腹膜内注射KINK-1和Camptothecin (2 mg/kg)导致肺转移瘤的数量显著减少。^[3]
