性能参数

表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Rat IL-23R Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Met1-Asp367.[Accession \| XP_003753958.1]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 69.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-75 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	< 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 90% as determined by SDS- PAGE
制剂（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
重构方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

储存条件

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
